Yes, all of our attractions feature flashing lights, strobes and special effects. There is also a high level of smoke effects in some of the attractions. If you have any conditions that may be affected by these factors, we strongly advise against visiting.!

Most of Tulleys has covered areas, but we are exposed in some areas like the car park, so coats or brollies might be needed.

Yes - There is a changing unit in the disabled toilet.

Outside take as many photos as you'd like with roaming characters. While inside the haunts, recording devices and photography is strictly prohibited. 

Do not bring alcohol or liquids (Perfume etc) on site as it will be removed. If you have medication please contact our visitor services team prior to your arrival. 

Not all of our outlets food outlets accept cards, cash back is available at visitor services and our retail stores. 

If you did not receive your confirmation email or tickets, please check your junk and spam folders, as at times emails can automatically be sent here.!


During busy periods it can take up to 24 hours to receive your tickets If after this time you still do not see your confirmation email and/or tickets please contact us.
